Combined Product definition

Combined Product means a Product that includes Benefits for fees and charges for Hospital Treatment and General Treatment.

Combined Product means any Product that contains both (a) FASL Content, and (b) components or products manufactured by any other Entity, which components or products do not constitute FASL Content.

Combined Product means a product that contains a Licensed Product along with at least one other active component or ingredient not covered by the Licensed Patent Rights.

• Buyer will not misrepresent on product labels the amount, quantity or level of the Product contained in the Combined Product.

More Definitions of Combined Product

Combined Product means a bundle of products consisting of at least one NIPT IVD Product and any other product (including any Illumina Product) that is not itself an NIPT IVD Product where the bundle is sold or transferred for a single price in a territory in any royalty reporting period, where such NIPT IVD Product and other product are also sold and priced separately in such territory in such royalty reporting period.

Combined Product means a Reseller product that uses or is combined with the Products;

Combined Product means a pharmaceutical product with two or more active ingredients, one of which is a Product and one of which is not, sold as a single item for one price.
