  • The Exitor may exercise the Come Along Option at any time after the expiry of the period for acceptance under Section 9B.2(f) up to and including the date which is five months after the expiry of the period for acceptance under Section 9B.2(f) (the "Come Along Option Period").

Related to Come Along Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Vested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.
