Commencement Letter definition

Commencement Letter means the written notice from Landlord to Tenant, which states that the Premises are ready for occupancy by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease and sets forth the date for delivery of possession of the Premises to Tenant.
Commencement Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 11(c).
