Commencement of Installation definition

Commencement of Installation means the date that Seller or its installation contractor has begun physical installation of the System on the Premises.
Commencement of Installation means the day on which the Supplier commences the Installation of the Goods in the Place of Delivery.
Commencement of Installation means, with respect to a Project, the date that Seller or its installation contractor has begun physical installation of such Project on the applicable Project Site.

  • If Commencement of Installation has not occurred with respect to any Project within 365 days of the applicable City Effective Date, Purchaser may, in its sole discretion, terminate the applicable Project by providing twenty (20) days’ prior written notice to Seller; provided that this Agreement will not terminate pursuant to this Section 2.c if Seller achieves Commencement of Installation with respect to such Project on or before the end of such 20-day notice period.

  • After the Commencement of Installation of a Project, the Contract Price of such Project shall not be subject to further adjustment pursuant to Exhibit 1 of the applicable Addendum or otherwise, except as otherwise provided under this Agreement.

  • With respect to each Project, if Seller is delayed in achieving the applicable Commencement of Installation or the Expected Commercial Operation Date due to a Force Majeure Event, the time for achievement of the Commencement of Installation or the Expected Commercial Operation Date will be automatically extended for such affected Project to account for the impact of the delay.

Commencement of Installation means the date that physical installation of the System begins at the Site.

Related to Commencement of Installation

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window coverings, air lines, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, space heaters, air conditioning, plumbing, and fencing. Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations at the expiration of the term, and restore the Premises to their prior condition. Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and which is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.
