Commencement of Installation definition

Commencement of Installation means the date that Seller or its installation contractor has begun physical installation of the System on the Premises.
Commencement of Installation means the day on which the Supplier commences the Installation of the Goods in the Place of Delivery.
Commencement of Installation means the date that physical installation of the System begins at the Site.

Examples of Commencement of Installation in a sentence

  • After Commencement of Installation, the Contract Price shall not be subject to further adjustment pursuant to Section 5 of Exhibit 1 or otherwise.

  • Seller shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to achieve Commencement of Installation of the System within [ ] days after the Effective Date.

  • If Seller is delayed in achieving Commencement of Installation due to a Force Majeure Event, the time for achievement of Commencement of Installation will be automatically extended to account for the impact of the delay.

  • If Commencement of Installation has not occurred [ ] days after the Effective Date, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Seller; provided that this Agreement will not terminate pursuant to this Section 2(d) if Seller achieves Commencement of Installation on or before the end of such thirty (30) day notice period.

  • If Seller is delayed in achieving Commencement of Installation due to a Force Majeure Event, the requirement of achievement of Commencement of Installation will be automatically extended day for day to account for the impact of the delay.

  • Before Commencement of Installation: - The contractor shall also furnish 3 copies of detailed installation, operation and maintenance manuals of manufacturers for all items of equipment together with all relevant data sheet, spare parts catalogue, repairs assembly and adjustment procedure etc.

  • Seller shall provide Host Customer with a copy of the System design for approval before Commencement of Installation.

  • Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve Commencement of Installation at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the SGIP reservation as indicated in the Conditional Reservation Letter for the System, as may be extended by the SGIP Program Administrator.

  • If Seller fails to meet this deadline, Host Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Seller; provided that this Agreement will not terminate pursuant to this Section 2(d) if Seller achieves Commencement of Installation on or before the end of such thirty (30) day notice period.

Related to Commencement of Installation

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
