Commercial Access definition

Commercial Access means access requested for commercial, retail or industrial purposes or for public or institutional facilities.
Commercial Access means any and all use of IP Rights other than the uses included under Internal Access.
Commercial Access means an entrance to and/or exit from any business, commercial development, cultural or institutional complex, public establishment, or any development serving 10 or more family residences.

Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
