Commercial Contracts Security Agreement definition

Commercial Contracts Security Agreement means an English law security agreement in respect of Vaalco Gabon’s rights and interests in the Commercial Contracts to be entered into between Vaalco Gabon and the Security Agent in accordance with Clause 26.32 (Commercial Contracts Security Agreement);
Commercial Contracts Security Agreement means the Commercial Contracts Security Agreement dated around the date of this Agreement between the Borrower and the Lender and relating to the Commercial Contracts. Commitment means $20,000,000 to the extent not cancelled or reduced under this Agreement.

Related to Commercial Contracts Security Agreement

  • Second Lien Security Agreement means the Second Lien Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Initial Borrower, the Parent Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower from time to time party thereto and the Second Lien Notes Collateral Agent, as amended, restated, waived, restructured, renewed, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time or as replaced in connection with any Refinancing, extension, refunding or replacement of the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

  • First Lien Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Security Agreement With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the agreement creating a security interest in favor of the originator in the related Cooperative Stock.
