Commercial Electronic Message definition
Commercial Electronic Message means the same as in the Spam Act.
Commercial Electronic Message means an electronic message, the content, the hyperlink or the contact details of which could reasonably be interpreted as encouraging the participation in commercial activity.

Commercial Electronic Message means a “commercial electronic message” as defined in the Anti-Spam Laws applicable in Canada.
