Commercial Framework definition

Commercial Framework means the commercial framework contained in Schedule 7 (Commercial Framework), as amended or modified by the ALT in writing from time to time, but only where there is a Scope Change. Completion is that stage when:

Commercial Framework has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.
