Commercial Grant definition

Commercial Grant means a grant by a Selling Party of a license or sublicense of the Merck Technology or Moderna Technology to a Third Party to Commercialize (which may also include Manufacture and Development to support any such Commercialization) any one or more Collaboration Products or Financial PCVs or Financial SAVs within one or more countries.
Commercial Grant means Two Hundred Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Two and 46/100 Dollars ($240,782.46) provided by the Corporation to Fuzic for tenant improvements constructed within the Leased Premises pursuant to Section V(A) of this Agreement.
