Commercial Introduction definition

Commercial Introduction means, on a country-by-country basis in the Territory, the date of first commercial sale (other than for purposes of obtaining regulatory approval) of a Licensed Product by GNE, its Affiliates or any sublicensee in such country.
Commercial Introduction means the date of first commercial sale (other than for purposes of obtaining regulatory approval) of a Ganglioside Vaccine by Progenies Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

  • After the date of Commercial Introduction of each Licensed Product, all royalty payments for such Licensed Product shall be made within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter in which such sales were deemed to occur.

Commercial Introduction of any Product, means the first sale for use or consumption by the general public of such Product in a country within the Territory after required marketing and, if required, pricing approval has been granted by the governing health authority of such country.
