Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Commercial Service means water service provided by the water utility that the customer uses in the promotion of a business or business product that is a source of revenue or income to the customer or others using the premises.
commercial air transport means an aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo, or mail for remuneration or hire.
Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
Commercial Manager means Top Tanker Management Inc. of Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MN 96960 or any other person appointed bx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxx written consent of the Agent as commercial manager of the Ship and includes its successors in title;
Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
Commercial sexual activity means any sex act or sexually explicit performance for which anything of value is given, promised to, or received by any person and includes, but is not limited to, prostitution, participation in the production of pornography, and performance in strip clubs.
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.
Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.
