Assigned Tasks definition

Assigned Tasks means the tasks assigned to each Party under the Development Program, as may be amended from time to time by the Review Committee.
Assigned Tasks means the tasks assigned to each Party in the document to be established pursuant to Article 5.1 (a) as may be amended from time to time by the Review Committee.
Assigned Tasks means duties/activities of employees or contract workers undertaken for St. Lawrence College [the “College”].   • Background IP means all IP and IP Rights owned or controlled by Seller prior to the effective date or outside the scope of this Contract.

  • Transferred Intellectual Property Rights means (a) the Transferred Patents, (b) the Transferred Copyrights, (c) the Transferred Internet Properties, (d) the Transferred Industrial Designs, (e) The Transferred Database Rights,(f) the Transferred Mask Work Rights, (g) the Transferred Trade Secrets, and (h) the Transferred Trademarks.

  • Joint Intellectual Property Rights means any work under the Subcontract, which:
