Commercial Tract definition

Commercial Tract means the portion of the Property to be developed by Owner as
Commercial Tract is a tract out of the Property which is zoned for other than residential use.
Commercial Tract means the 25 acres identified on the Concept Plan as General Business (GB) or Commercial.

Commercial Tract is defined in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Commercial Tract means any tract containing any type of land-use except for single-family detached residential. (Requirements and standards for religious and educational land-uses shall be the same as the character of the predominant surrounding land-use.)

  • Commercial Facility means the Commercial Facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Facility).

  • Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Commercial Sale means the sale of Product (as indicated by shipment of Product) to an unaffiliated third-party of the Licensee, or of its sublicensee or distribution partner, such as a wholesaler, managed care organization, hospital or pharmacy and shall exclude (i) any transfer of Product by Licensee to its sublicensee, distribution partner or Affiliate and (ii) any distribution of Product for use in research, development, pre-clinical and clinical trials.

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.
