Surrounding Land. Company hereunder may be undertaken and carried out thereon without any interference or interruption by the State or by any State agency or instrumentality or by any local government or other authority of the State on the ground that such activities are contrary to any provision of a regional planning scheme, town planning scheme or local law.

Related to Surrounding Land

  • Streets The Developer agrees to dedicate and improve and/or construct, at no cost to the Town, all public and/or private streets, including but not limited to: curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, located within or required by this Project to comply with Town Regulations in accordance with the Final Project Documents.

  • Land The real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Land”);

  • Leaving the Building Employees may leave their assignments during the time encompassed by the employee’s workday upon receipt of permission from their principal, their supervisor, or the Employer’s appointed designee.

  • Vegetation No trees or other vegetation may be removed from the site without prior approval from the Town, except in accordance with Section 4 above and pursuant to the Annual Plan.
