Phase 4. As shown on the Phasing Plan at the Second Schedule “Plan” means the Plan annexed hereto in the First Schedule

Phase 4. Online Competitive Bidding Event(s) - FreeMarkets will provide access to the System for the conduct of CBEs. FreeMarkets will provide all necessary infrastructure (except local buyer and supplier site personal computers and other equipment) so that United can employ the System. FreeMarkets will also provide all technical support and necessary operations personnel, including training of United buyers in the use of the System (where United does not use the System, FreeMarkets will assist United with any offline supplier negotiations).

More Definitions of Phase 4

Phase 4 means any study or data collection effort in respect to any compound or product for a particular indication that is initiated after receipt of a BLA for the compound or product for such indication.

Phase 4 means, with respect to each Product, the time period commencing with the Public Release of the Packaged version of such Product to Customers.

Phase 4 means that part of the Development shown coloured green and labelled 'Phase 4' on Plan 7;

CA and Supplier will work together to develop a Packaged version of such Product on experience gained in licensing, installing and supporting such Product in large volume environments. Supplier and CA technical teams will refine the Product packaging, documentation and operating environment to enable user installation and implementation. The end result will be Packaged Products which can be aggressively marketed through the CA marketing channel directly to end-users.

Phase 4 means any study or data collection effort in respect to any compound or product for a particular indication for use in humans that is initiated after receipt of Marketing Authorization for a Licensed Component or Licensed Product.
