Exploit or “Exploitation” means to make, have made, import, export, use, have used, sell, have sold, or offer for sale, including to Develop, Commercialize, register, modify, enhance, improve, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold, or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), or otherwise dispose of.
Exploit means develop, design, test, modify, make, use, sell, have made, used and sold, import, reproduce, market, distribute, commercialize, support, maintain, correct and create derivative works of.
Exploit means to research, develop, improve, make, use, offer for sale, sell, import, export or otherwise exploit, or transfer possession of or title in, a product. Cognates of the word “Exploit” shall have correlative meanings.
