Committed Aircraft definition

Committed Aircraft means the Aircraft listed in Section 2 of Exhibit A.
Committed Aircraft means the 10 Boeing 737-800 Aircraft listed in Exhibit A that will be leased to Amazon by a third party lessor.
Committed Aircraft has the meaning ascribed to it in the A&R ATSA.

More Definitions of Committed Aircraft

Committed Aircraft means in-service aircraft and aircraft in backlog, ie aircraft for which an IFC provider has been contractually appointed but no solution is yet installed and active. UK-based airlines with committed aircraft with IFC capabilities are currently British Airways and Virgin Atlantic. Shares of supply were calculated by the CMA based on data provided by the Parties. Committed Aircraft means the number of aircraft at any given time committed to Feeder Air Service (as defined in the Air Services Agreement), pursuant to the Air Services Agreement, including Firm Approved Aircraft and Option Aircraft (as those terms are defined in the Air Services Agreement) that AMR and any Affiliate (as defined in Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act) have committed to engage in Feeder Air Service but that are not then in service, but excluding any Removed Aircraft.
Committed Aircraft means the number of aircraft committed into flight service by AWA pursuant to the Code Share Agreement.

  • Uncommitted Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

Incremental Auctions (other than the Conditional Incremental Auction), shall be held for the purposes of:

The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Revolving Facility Commitments on the Closing Date is $50,000,000. On the Closing Date, there is only one Class of Revolving Facility Commitments. After the Closing Date, additional Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments may be added or created pursuant to Incremental Assumption Agreements.

  • Committed Sum means, for any day, the maximum total amount a Buyer is committed to fund for the purchase from the Seller of Eligible Loans on a revolving basis pursuant to this Agreement, on its terms and subject to its conditions. From the Effective Date of this Agreement through the Termination Date or such other date (if any) when all or any of them is changed by operation of the provisions of any agreement or Legal Requirement, the Committed Sums for the Buyers are as set forth on Schedule BC, as it may be amended and restated from time to time.

  • Correctional facility or program means a facility or program that is described in 53-1-202 and

  • Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
