Committed Products definition

Committed Products means the Committed Capacity and all Committed Energy, ancillary services or other products commercially recognized in the PJM market (or any successor market) associated with the Committed Capacity.

  • Company shall order the Committed Products in the minimum quantities specified in accordance with the Product Models specified in Attachment I to Product Annex A.1 and Attachment I to Product Annex A.2, in accordance with Section 2.2. of this Agreement.

  • Such Committed Products and any Optional Equipment, identified in the pricing section of Exhibit B, shall be purchased under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or under the superseding provisions of a lease or loan agreement ("Financing Agreement") to be negotiated prior to shipment of those Committed Products or Optional Equipment.

  • The same Per-Unit Price as Committed Products ordered under the Annual Blanket Order shall be applied to Committed Products ordered under such Qualified Additional Orders for the same Fiscal Year, subject to price revision in accordance with Article 2.2.3.

  • The Parties intend that the Company will begin to manufacture the Committed Products in the sequence as agreed between the Parties and shall use their respective commercial best efforts to ensure that the Company will achieve its production plan as agreed between the Parties.

More Definitions of Committed Products

Committed Products mean Products covered by an Annual Blanket Order to be placed by Customer under Article 2.2.1 including Products to be purchased by Customer under Qualified Additional Orders as defined in Article 2.2.2, which shall be deemed as increase of the quantity of an Annual Blanket Order. Committed Products shall include neither Initial Products nor Spot Products.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.
