Committee Designees means (x) initially, Hewlett-Packard Company, Simon Property Group, Inc., Weidler Settlement Class, Paramount Home Entertainment, Inc., Developers Diversified Realty Corp., Peter Kravitz, and (y) any successor or replacement of one of the foregoing selected in accordance with Article 7.11 of this Agreement.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
