Committee of Senior Officials. (CTI CSO) means the body of senior officials of the Parties with functions and powers to provide recommendations to CTI COM for decision and ensure implementation of these decisions through the CTI Regional Secretariat and Technical Working Groups as prescribed in the Rules of Procedure;
