Regional Secretariat definition

Regional Secretariat means the Regional Secretariat established under Article 49 of the Constitution;
Regional Secretariat means the secretariat established under the Regional Administration Act No. 19 of 1997 of the laws of the Recipient and referred to in Section I (2) (B) (3) (iv) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Regional Secretariat means a secretariat established to run the day-to-day management of the Project at the regional level, and to provide secretariat services to the Regional Advisory Committee, consisting of two teams working together, one team housed at ECSA –HC and one team housed within the Recipient.

  • The Regional Secretariat and the Government of the Host Country shall separately enter into a Host Country Agreement which shall specify the modalities and other necessary arrangements to support the establishment and operationalization of the Secretariat in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of the Host Country.

Regional Secretariat means the CARILEC Regional Secretariat based in Saint Lucia and serving member utilities in the Caribbean as well as regional and international associates and affiliates.
