Thereafter, prior to the expiration of the JSC Term, the JSC shall meet at least once each calendar quarter, and more or less frequently as the Committee Parties mutually deem appropriate, on such dates and at such places and times as provided herein or as the Committee Parties shall agree.
The right to name the Chairperson shall alternate between the Committee Parties with GSK Bio designating the first such Chairperson.
Within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, the Committee Parties shall establish a joint patent committee (the “Joint Patent Committee” or “JPC”).

Other members of the Committee, Parties not members of the Committee and observers may as they wish also join the working groups.
When preparing reports to the Committee, Parties are invited to consider doing so in an open and transparent process and to give due consideration to the provision set out in article 5 paragraph 2 of the present Convention.
Any information received (formally or informally) by the Committee Parties from any Entity in connection with an examination pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004 or in connection with any formal or informal discovery in any contested matter, adversary proceeding, or other litigation shall not be governed by this Order but, rather, by any order governing such discovery.
