Examples of Committee Professionals in a sentence
No Claim of any official or unofficial creditors' committee or any member thereof for professionals' fees or other costs and expenses incurred by such creditors' committee or by a member of such creditors' committee shall constitute an Allowed Administrative Claim, except that the Retiree Committee's members and the Retiree Committee Professionals shall be entitled to payment in accordance with the Fee Review Order.
To the extent necessary, the Confirmation Order shall amend and supersede any previously entered order of the Bankruptcy Court, including the Fee Order, regarding the payment of Fee Claims; provided that such Claims shall remain subject to the Approved Budget as provided herein (with Student Trust Assets being available to satisfy any Student Committee Fee Overage of the Student Committee Professionals).
The Debtors and their professionals, consultants, and other advisors shall be available weekly (subject to reasonable scheduling conflicts) for a telephonic conference call with the Lender and/or its professionals, and Committee Professionals, to discuss the status of the Case, the results of operations and other matters pertaining to the Debtors, including any sale or restructuring efforts.
If an event of default occurs and a Carve-Out Trigger Notice is issued, then the amount available under the Carve Out for the fees and expenses of both the Debtor Professionals and Committee Professionals is capped at $450,000.23 Meanwhile, the Debtors’ and Ad Hoc Group’s professionals have already been paid for almost $8 million in fees.24 iv.
The Debtors and the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, shall maintain detailed records of all payments made from the Ad Hoc Committee Professionals Fee Reserve, such that all payments and transactions shall be adequately and promptly documented in, and readily ascertainable from, their respective books and records.
