Committee Professionals definition

Committee Professionals means any professionals retained by any official committee of unsecured creditors appointed under Section 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Committee Professionals means Persons or firms retained by any statutory committee appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 328 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code.
