Common Development definition

Common Development means a contiguous area where multiple, separate, and distinct construction activities will be taking place at different times on different schedules under one plan of development.
Common Development of a Person means multiple parcels of real or personal property that are acquired, developed, constructed or improved by such Person in conjunction with, and as part of a written plan or arrangement with, a non-Affiliated Person (or with a group of Persons under the common control of a non-Affiliated Person).
