Common Stock Investment definition

Common Stock Investment means the purchase price for the shares of Common Stock, par value $0.10 per share, of the Company purchased by the Sponsor Holders at the closing of the acquisition of the Company by the Sponsor Holders and others on March 30, 1995.
Common Stock Investment means the purchase by Shanghai Huaxin Group (HongKong) Limited of class A common stock of the Borrower pursuant to the transactions described in the Common Stock Purchase Agreement.
