Community Agreement definition

Community Agreement means an agreement by which a group of landowners voluntarily establishes—
Community Agreement. The Community Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Licensor, on the one hand, and the Operational Communities, on the other hand.
Community Agreement means, with respect to any Member, the agreement or policy (such as a privacy policy to which a Member consents) by which such Member’s Member Data is Licensed to the Company.
