Member Data. Novation shall have the right to access and use all Member Data as provided herein. For purposes of this Agreement, “Member Data” shall be defined as Transaction Data with respect to which either (i) the applicable Participating Member or (ii) the applicable Supplier has consented to Novation’s and the applicable Alliance’s access to and use of such Transaction Data either pursuant to an agreement with Service Provider or Neoforma or as separately agreed between the Member or Supplier, as applicable, and Novation. During the Term, (i) access of Novation or the applicable Alliance to Member Data arising solely from the consent of a particular Participating Member shall continue as long as the Member remains a Participating Member and is subject to an agreement with Service Provider or Neoforma and as long as such Participating Member’s consent to such access remains in effect, and (ii) Novation’s access to Member Data arising solely from a Supplier’s consent shall continue as long as the Supplier’s consent to such access remains uncontested and in effect.
Member Data. The Contractor shall accept from AHCCCS original evidence of eligibility and enrollment in the AHCCS prescribed electronic data exchange formats. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide to AHCCCS PCP assignments in an AHCCCS prescribed electronic data exchange format.
Member Data. Members will have access solely to their individual Member Data and such data will be protected in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the Member Policies.

Member Data. Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all required patient consents and authorizations for purposes of using, receiving, storing, disclosing, transmitting or viewing all Member Data used, received, stored, disclosed, transmitted or viewed in connection with the Products.
Member Data. Members shall own their respective Member Data. Novation will use commercially reasonable efforts to acquire a nonexclusive, non-transferable license from Members (or sublicense from VHA, UHC or HPPI) to permit:
(i) Novation to access and use such Member Data for, among other things, (A) legal compliance purposes, (B) to track the performance of Suppliers, (C) to be able to track payments to VHA, UHC and HPPI and cooperative payments to the Members, (D) to consult with each of the Members and (E) to promote utilization and standardization among Members; and
(ii) Neoforma to use such Member Data provided that such use is (A) solely related to the performance of Neoforma's obligations pursuant to this Agreement and (B) in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of Section 11.
Member Data. During the term of this Agreement members who enter via ------------ the Partner Co-Brand area shall provide only the necessary user information for registration to access the Services being provided as if entering via the PhotoLoft.com site. No prospecxxxx xxxx xxxll be allowed to register to access the service unless the user agrees to provide such information during the registration process and agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the Member Agreement
Member Data. During the term of this Agreement, any members ------------ entering via the Co-Branded pages shall provide only such information as is necessary to register to access the Service in the same manner as if such member was entering the Service through the XxxxxXxxx.xxx branded site.
Member Data. Paramount is not responsible for Your access and use of Member Data. You represent and warrant at all times that when You use the API Service to access Member Data (a) Your requests for Member Data via software or otherwise through the API Service will not infringe any rights of any individual or third party;
