The Commission shall decide on the satisfaction, partial satisfaction or denial of the employee's claim in the dispute by agreement between the employer and the employees' representatives. The decision must be substantiated and based on labor laws and other regulations, the employment contract. Similarly, when making a decision on a collection dispute, the commission's decision must clearly state the amount due to the employee.
