Community certificate definition

Community certificate means a certificate corresponding to the specimen in Annex IV and issued by a Community authority;
Community certificate means a community certificate issued by the Community Committee under Division 3 of Part II;
Community certificate means a certificate issued to a vessel by the competent authority, signifying compliance with the technical requirements of this Directive.
