Scheduled Caste definition

Scheduled Caste means any of the Scheduled Castes specified in Part I of the Scheduled to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) (Union Territories) Order, 1951;

Scheduled Caste means the Scheduled Castes as specified in relation to this State under Article 341 of the Constitution of India;

Scheduled Caste means the communities defined as such in the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service rules for the time being in force.

• In line with “Public Procurement policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) order 2012”, 20% of the total quantity shall be earmarked for procurement from MSEs, with a sub target of 20% (i.e. 4 % out of 20 %) shall be further earmarked for procurement from MSEs owned by Scheduled Caste or the Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneurs.
