Scheduled Tribe definition

Scheduled Tribe means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of groups within tribes or tribal communities as are deemed under Article 342 of the Constitution of India to be Scheduled Tribes in the State;
Scheduled Tribe means the Scheduled Tribe specified in relation to this State under Article 342 of the Constitution of India.
