Community Directors definition

Community Directors means the directors elected pursuant to paragraph 6.5(b) together with paragraph 6.7(f);
Community Directors means any and all Members duly elected or appointed to serve on the Board as the four Directors and representatives of and liaisons to the communities of:

More Definitions of Community Directors

Community Directors means those Directors appointed in accordance with Article 50B;
Community Directors means the directors appointed or re-appointed by the Founder Member Directors in accordance with Article 8.5.1;
