Company ADS definition

Company ADS means American Depositary Shares representing Company Ordinary Shares.
Company ADS means an American depositary share representing, as of the date hereof, a beneficial ownership interest in five (5) Company Ordinary Shares on deposit with the Depositary (or a Depositary Custodian under the Deposit Agreement), subject to the terms and conditions of the Deposit Agreement.
