Company Class A Stock definition

Company Class A Stock means the Class A common stock, $0.01 par value, of the Company.
Company Class A Stock means the shares of Class A Common Stock, no par value, of the Company.

  • The shares of Holding Company Class A Stock and Holding Company Class B Stock will be entitled to identical dividends, if and when declared.
