Company Group Service Provider definition

Company Group Service Provider means a Service Provider or Affiliate Service Provider. A Participant will not cease to be a Company Group Service Provider in the case of any transfers between any of the Company, its Parent, any Subsidiary of the Company, or the Affiliate.
