Company Jurisdiction definition

Company Jurisdiction means England and Wales;
Company Jurisdiction means (a) Bermuda, (b) the Cayman Islands -------------------- and (c) any other country (i) where the Company is licensed or qualified to do business or (ii) from which payments hereunder are made by the Company.
Company Jurisdiction means any country where the Company Group conducts the Company Business, including India, Italy, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

  • Competent Court of Law means any court or tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi- judicial body in India that has jurisdiction to adjudicate upon issues relating to this Agreement;
