Upon any termination by the Company under this Section 6.2(c), the Company may, in its sole discretion and at any time during the Company Notice Period, suspend Employee’s duties for the remainder of the Company Notice Period, as long as the Company continues to pay compensation to Employee, including benefits, throughout the Company Notice Period.
