Company Order or Company Request. The term "Company Order" or "Company Request" means an order or request signed by two Officers or by any Officer and an Assistant Treasurer or an Assistant Secretary of the Company.
Company Order or Company Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee. Series A Indenture 10 expense, (e) amortization of inventory write-up under APB 16, amortization of intangibles (including, but not limited to, goodwill and costs of interest-rate caps) and organization costs, (f) non-cash amortization of financing leases, and (g) any other write-downs, write-offs, minority interests and other non-cash charges in determining such consolidated net income for such period.

  • The Trustee will not have any liability relating to the contents of any notice that it sends to any Holder pursuant to any Company Order or Company Request.
