Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Company Request or "Company Order" means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Company Ordinary Shares means the shares of par value $1.00 each in the Company.
Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;
Issuing Entity Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Third Party Request means a request from a third party for records relating to an End User's use of the Services. Third Party Requests can be a lawful search warrant, court order, subpoena, other valid legal order, or written consent from the End User permitting the disclosure.
Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.
Money order means a payment order for a specified amount of money. The term includes an express money order and a personal money order on which the remitter is the purchaser.
Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.
Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;
Guarantor Order mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Strong Customer Authentication means an authentication based on the use of two or more elements categorised as knowledge (something only the user knows), possession (something only the user possesses) and inherence (something the user is) that are independent, in that the breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and is designed in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the authentication data;

Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Issuing Entity Order or “Issuing Entity Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuing Entity by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Stop Loss Order means an order placed to close a position once it hits a specific price in order to protect yourself from further losses and avoid potential close-outs/stop-outs.
Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
Transfer Request means the communication by an authorized account representative or an alternate authorized account representative to the accounts administrator to register into the tracking system the transfer of allowances between accounts.
Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member. The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the District Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
Environment Officer means an employee so designated pursuant to The Environment Act;
Long-Term U.S. Government Securities means U.S. Government Securities maturing more than one year from the applicable date of determination.
