Company Privacy and Data Security Policies definition

Company Privacy and Data Security Policies means all of the Company’s current and written internal or public-facing policies, notices, and statements concerning the privacy, security, or Processing of Personal Information.
Company Privacy and Data Security Policies means the past or present, internal or public-facing policies, notices, and statements of each of the Company and its Subsidiaries concerning the privacy, security, or Processing of Personal Information. “Company Software” means all Software owned or purported to be owned by the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries. “Company Systems” means servers, hardware systems, Software, websites, databases, circuits, networks, workstations, routers, hubs, data communication equipment and lines, telecommunications equipment and lines, co-location facilities and equipment and other information technology, computer and telecommunication assets and equipment (including any outsourced systems and processes), whether owned by, leased, or used by or for, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. “Competitive Business” means the business of manufacturing, storing, purchasing, distributing, marketing, importing, and selling perishable and non-perishable Latin, Hispanic, and/or Southwestern food products, and any other business conducted by the Buyer, the Company, and/or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries in the food products businesses, in each case, as of the Closing Date anywhere in the world; provided, however, that the foregoing restrictions shall not apply to the Seller’s operation of business related to its O Olive Oil products and O vinegar products, each in the ordinary course of business, so long as such business shall not include the manufacturing, storing, purchasing, distributing, marketing, importing, and/or selling of any avocado, guacamole or salsa products.
Company Privacy and Data Security Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 2.23(a).

  • The Company has delivered or made available to Buyer true, complete, and correct copies of all Company Privacy and Data Security Policies that are currently or in the past three (3) years were in effect.

  • To the Knowledge of Sellers, all vendors, processors, and other third parties Processing Personal Information for or on behalf of the Company or any of the Subsidiaries are, and have been, in compliance, in all material respects, with the Company Privacy and Data Security Policies.

Related to Company Privacy and Data Security Policies

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Privacy/Data Security Laws means all laws governing the receipt, collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, security, disclosure, or transfer of Personal Information or the security of Company’s Business Systems or Business Data.

  • Company Privacy Policy means each external or internal, past or present privacy policy of the Company, including any policy relating to (i) the privacy of users of the Company Products or of any Company Website, (ii) the collection, storage, disclosure, and transfer of any User Data or Personal Data, and (iii) any employee information.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Information Privacy Principles means the information privacy principles set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).

  • Privacy and Security Laws means any and all international, local, country-specific, or U.S. State or Federal laws, regulations, directives, standards, guidelines, policies, or procedures, as amended, applicable to Supplier pertaining to the security, confidentiality, or privacy of Buyer Data.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Data Privacy Laws means any state or national law or regulation protecting the privacy, confidentiality, or security of Personal Information.

  • Mass Privacy Act is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following to the extent relating to Data Treatment, to any privacy, security, or security breach notification requirements applicable to the Company or any Retained Subsidiary, to the conduct of the Management and Franchise Business, or to any System: (i) PCI-DSS, (ii) the Company’s and the Retained Subsidiaries’ own rules and policies and (iii) applicable Law.

  • Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • Data Security Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division);

  • Privacy and Security Requirements means (a) all Privacy Laws; (b) all applicable Privacy Contracts, and (c) all applicable Privacy Policies.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.
