Company Real Estate Leases definition

Company Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.
Company Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 3.7.
Company Real Estate Leases each of which is in full force and effect, with no existing material default thereunder. The Company’s use and operation of each such leased property conforms to all applicable Laws in all material respects, and the Company has exclusive possession of each such leased property and has not granted any occupancy rights to tenants or licensees with respect to such leased property. In addition, each such leased property is free and clear of all Encumbrances other than Permitted Encumbrances.

  • The Disclosure Schedule describes all real estate used ------------- in the operation of the Company Business as well as any other real estate that is in the possession of or leased by Company and the improvements (including buildings and other structures) located on such real estate (collectively, the "Company Real Property"), and lists any leases under which any such Company Real Property is possessed (the "Company Real Estate Leases").

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

  • Real Property Leases means all leases, sub-leases, licenses or other agreements, in each case, pursuant to which any Group Company leases or sub-leases any real property.

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.

  • Leaseholds of any Person means all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties (including the Borrowing Base Properties) owned or leased by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person.

  • Owned Real Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).

  • Material Leased Real Property shall have the meaning given in Section 3.7(b).
