Company Register definition

Company Register has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Company Register has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.
Company Register means a register maintained on behalf of the Company by the General Partner, or, if the General Partner so determines, by the Transfer Agent as part of the Transfer Agent’s books and transfer records, with respect to each class of Company Interests in which all Record Holders and transfers of such class of Company Interests are registered or otherwise recorded.

  • At all times during the existence of the Company, the Company shall maintain, at its principal place of business, separate books of account for the Company, including the Company Register.

More Definitions of Company Register

Company Register means the register of the Company held and maintained at the Company’s principal offices and updated from time to time by the Company to reflect the current holdings of Shares by each Stockholder and the address of each such Stockholder.

Company Register means the register maintained by the Company pursuant to section 168 of the Corporations Act, which as at the Agreement Date is held by HopgoodGanim Lawyers. Completion means completion of the issue and purchase of the Placement Shares on the Completion Date in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Company Register means the trade register (handelsregister) of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (▇▇▇▇▇ van Koophandel).
