Company Reporting Jurisdictions definition

Company Reporting Jurisdictions has the meaning specified in Paragraph 6 of Schedule C.
Company Reporting Jurisdictions means the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario;
Company Reporting Jurisdictions has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule C.

  • Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution means (i) any Financial Institution established in a Partner Jurisdiction, but excluding any branch of such Financial Institution that is located outside the Partner Jurisdiction, and (ii) any branch of a Financial Institution not established in the Partner Jurisdiction, if such branch is located in the Partner Jurisdiction.

  • Required Financial Information means, with respect to the applicable Calculation Date, (i) the financial statements of the Consolidated Parties required to be delivered pursuant to Section 7.1(a) or (b) for the fiscal period or quarter ending as of such Calculation Date, and (ii) the certificate of an Executive Officer of the Borrower required by Section 7.1(c) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (i) above.
