Company Restaurants definition

Company Restaurants means any Branded Restaurant(s) that are owned and operated by one or more Non-Securitization Entity, including Branded Restaurants that a Non-Securitization Entity reacquires from Franchisees from time to time until they can be refranchised.

Company Restaurants means any Branded Restaurant(s) that are owned and operated by one or more Securitization Entity, including Branded Restaurants that a Securitization Entity reacquires from Franchisees from time to time.

Company Restaurants means, collectively, all restaurants from time to time during the term of this Agreement operated or wholly owned by the Company or its subsidiaries which offer to customers Proprietary Products.

Examples of Company Restaurants in a sentence

• The Manager may, but shall not be required to, establish and maintain for each Brand technology accounts to hold certain amounts paid by Franchisees and Company Restaurants into any Brand technology fund for the development, maintenance and support of restaurant-level and above restaurant-level technology systems, including, without limitation, point-of-sale system, back of house, mobile order and/or mobile payment systems.

• The Manager shall hire, train and manage employees of the Company Restaurants, including the administration of personnel and human resources on behalf of the Company Restaurant Guarantors and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, distributors and other third parties on behalf of the Company Restaurant Guarantors in connection with the operation of Company Restaurants.

• In consideration of the right to operate the Company Restaurants, each Company Restaurant Guarantor shall pay the Company Restaurant Royalty Payments to the Concentration Account on a monthly basis.

• In accordance with Section 8.22 of the Base Indenture, for the avoidance of doubt, the Securitization Entities shall be permitted to enter into or be a party to certain letters of credit relating to self-insurance in respect of Company Restaurants and any other Company Restaurant Expenses.

• The Manager, acting on behalf of the Securitization Entities, may in accordance with the Managing Standard and the terms of the Franchise Agreements, the Company Restaurant Licenses and the Management Agreement, as applicable, increase or reduce the Advertising Fees required to be paid by the Franchisees and Company Restaurants, respectively, pursuant to the terms of the Franchise Agreements, the Company Restaurant Licenses and the Management Agreement and in accordance with the Managing Standard.

More Definitions of Company Restaurants

Company Restaurants means, collectively, the Retained Restaurants, the Contributed Restaurants, the New Contributed Restaurants and the Reacquired Restaurants.

Company Restaurants means any and all “Elevation Burger” restaurants owned (in whole or in part) by EFV or any of its Affiliates, which currently includes (i) the Elevation Burger restaurant located in Fairfax, Virginia owned by EFV Turnpike, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, and (ii) the Elevation Burger restaurant located in Falls Church, Virginia owned by Elevation Burger, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
