Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.
Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.
Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Senior Managers means, with respect to the Company and each member of the Company Group, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the chief technology officer, the president, the general manager or any other manager with the title of “vice-president” or higher, or any other employee with responsibilities similar to any of the foregoing, of such entity.
Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Management Employee means an employee having responsibility for formulating, administering or managing the implementation of District policies and programs.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-
Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Senior Executive means the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and anyone in charge of a principal business unit or function.
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.
continuing professional development means the continuing professional development contemplated in section 32;
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug
Senior executive officer means the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of EESA.
