Company Service Line definition

Company Service Line means that portion of the water service line and appurtenances from the main to the Customer Service Line that is paid for and/or owned by the Company.
Company Service Line as used herein shall mean a pipe with appurtenances used to conduct water from the Company’s Water Main up to and including the Curb Stop located near the right-of-way or edge of Company easement.
Company Service Line means that portion of the service line between the distribution or collection main up to and including the curb stop, water outlet connection, or sewer inlet connection at or near the property line, right-of-way, or easement line, maintained at the cost of the company.

Examples of Company Service Line in a sentence

  • The Company shall permit payment of any required Residential Customer Advance for Construction of Company Service Line and Meter in equal installments over a period of at least four (4) months.
