Company Service Line definition

Company Service Line means that portion of the water service line and appurtenances from the main to the Customer Service Line that is paid for and/or owned by the Company.
Company Service Line as used herein shall mean a pipe with appurtenances used to conduct water from the Company’s Water Main up to and including the Curb Stop located near the right-of-way or edge of Company easement.
Company Service Line means that portion of the service line between the distribution or collection main up to and including the curb stop, water outlet connection, or sewer inlet connection at or near the property line, right-of-way, or easement line, maintained at the cost of the company.

Examples of Company Service Line in a sentence

  • Customer owned wastewater service line extending from the end of the Company Service Line or connection to and within the customer’s premise.

  • The Company shall only furnish, install, and maintain one connection from its Main, one Company Service Line from such connection to the Point of Delivery, and one Meter to the Customer for each class of service.

  • Installation of the Company Service Line and Meter will commence upon receipt by the Company of initial monthly payment.

  • When a Customer requests a Company Service Line and Meter, the Company will estimate the full cost of installing the Customer Service Line and Meter and request an amount to be paid in accordance with the Company’s Schedule of Customer Advances for Construction of Mains and Company Service Lines.

  • Advance deposit for Company Service Line and Meter for all other customers will be paid prior to commencement of construction.

  • If a Company Service Line and Meter have not been installed, the Company will install a Company Service Line and Meter in accordance with the Company’s Schedule of Customer Advances for Construction of Mains and Company Service Lines.

  • If the Company Service Line and the Customer Yard Line have been installed, the Company will install a Meter upon application for Service and compliance with the Company’s rules and regulations herein set forth in regard to security deposits and Service requirements.

  • The Company shall permit payment of any required Residential Customer Advance for Construction of Company Service Line and Meter in equal installments over a period of at least four (4) months.

  • The term “cost” or “actual cost” used in this Schedule I, Section 7 will be the cost of the Company Service Line and Meter and Meter Installation in accordance with the Company’s Schedule of Customer Advances for Construction of Mains and Company Service Lines.

  • The cost of constructing the Company Service Line and other necessary appurtenances may be paid to the Company by the Customer in advance of construction pursuant to Section III and may be non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in Schedule I, Section 7.

Related to Company Service Line

  • Service Line means any electric supply line through which electricity is, or is intended to be, supplied:

  • Company Service Provider means a Company Employee, a Company Independent Contractor or a member of the Company Board.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement, to be entered into at the Closing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;

  • Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.
