Company Stockholders Agreement definition

Company Stockholders Agreement means the Stockholders Agreement by and among the Company and the Persons listed therein, dated as of July 26, 2007, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms therein, relating to the capital stock, governance and affairs of the Company.
Company Stockholders Agreement means that certain Stockholders Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2012, by and among the Company and each of the Stockholders party thereto, as amended or modified in accordance with its terms.
Company Stockholders Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
