Company Unitholders definition

Company Unitholders means the unitholders of the Company.
Company Unitholders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b).

More Definitions of Company Unitholders

Company Unitholders means the holders of record of the outstanding membership units of the Company as set forth on Company Disclosure Schedule 1.1.
