  • The Company will ensure that the FT Unit Shares, Unit Shares, the Warrant Shares, the Compensation Option Shares, and the Compensation Option Warrant Shares are conditionally approved for listing and trading on the CSE on or prior to the Closing Date.

  • The Company will ensure that at all times prior to expiry of the Compensation Option Warrants, sufficient Compensation Option Warrant Shares are allotted for issuance upon the due and proper exercise of the Compensation Option Warrants.

Related to Compensation Option Warrant Shares

  • Option Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

  • Unit Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Warrant Exercise Price means $0.04 per share.
