  • The county has a Cultural Competence Committee, or similar group that addresses cultural issues, has participation from cultural groups, that is reflective of the community, and integrates its responsibilities into the mental health system.

  • The Chair or Program Director will convene the Clinical Competence Committee to review the Trainee’s statement within ten (10) days of its receipt.
