Competent Ministry definition

Competent Ministry means the ministry of finance or other ministry of the Member States which is responsible for economic, financial and budgetary decisions at the national level according to national competencies and which has been designated to exercise the functions of the competent ministry by a Member State, and in the Republic of Croatia that is the Ministry of Finance;
Competent Ministry means the Federation Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry;
